Academic Eligibility Criteria for Tech Mahindra 2024:

• Minimum of 70% or 7 GPA (without rounding-up) in SSC/10th, HSC/12th/Diploma, and BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc (Computer Science)
• Completed the eligible course in 2022-2023 without any backlogs
• No gap of more than one year after completing SSC and before joining the graduate/post-graduate course

2. Psychometric & Technical Tests
3. Technical Interview
4. HR Interview

Supercoder Selection:
Candidates excelling academically and performing well in the selection process (excluding HR round) will qualify for consideration in the Supercoder cadre selection.

Bond & Compensation:

• 3-month probation period
• Regular selection process: CTC of INR 3.25 LPA
• Supercoder selection process: CTC of INR 5.5 LPA
• Mandatory service period of 2 years with an indemnity bond of INR 1L

Work Location & Timings:
Candidates must be willing to work on projects at any of Tech Mahindra’s Development Centers or client locations across the country. Work schedule follows company-specified timings, including shifts.
