Position Overview:

Skrapp.io is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to play a pivotal role in advancing and innovating our platform. The ideal candidate will lead the definition of the product vision, conduct thorough market research, and understand customer needs. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and prioritizing product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user requirements, and overseeing the development process in collaboration with the technical lead.

Responsibilities:

1. Defining the Product Roadmap:

• Develop and maintain a clear, strategic vision for the product.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.

2. Features Specifications:

• Write comprehensive functional specifications for new features, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and refine feature concepts.

3. Product Design:

• Utilize tools like Figma for designing user interfaces and experiences.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.

4. Feature Delivery Management:

• Manage development tasks in collaboration with the technical lead.
• Track and report on development progress, addressing any bottlenecks or issues.

5. Quality Assurance:

• Ensure developed features meet functional specifications and quality standards.
• Address and resolve any quality issues promptly.

6. User Educational Content:

• Create and maintain educational content for users, including support articles and video tutorials.
• Monitor user feedback and usage data to enhance educational materials continually.

Requirements:

• 4-8 years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS environments.
• Expertise in Agile software team management.
• Proficiency in UI/UX design, with experience using design tools.

Benefits:

• Contractor/Freelancer Contract.
• Salary Range: $30,000 – $42,000 / year.
• Observance of public holidays and 25 days of annual paid leave.
• Monthly $200 coworking space stipend.
• Fully remote position with flexible working hours.
• Opportunity for up to 2 retreats per year in exotic destinations.
