🔍 Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales team to understand project specifications and customer needs.
- Design systems for standard facilities, including mechanical layouts, electrical drawings, valve and damper schedules, and control panel layouts.
- Interpret and design sequences of operations, identifying hardware and logic requirements.
- Analyze plans, construction contract specifications, and codes to determine project requirements and risks.
- Select appropriate types and sizes of products.
- Collaborate with sales and management to ensure job scope, specifications, and schematics meet customer needs.
- Participate in sales to operations turnover meetings for accurate estimates and job layouts.
- Assist in peer review for engineering documents.
📚 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical.
- Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to shifting demands.
