As an Intern – Data Scientist at Eli Lilly, you will be an integral part of our Analytics team, contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of our cutting-edge analytics stack and products. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on projects critical to Lilly’s needs, gaining exposure to a broad range of technologies and software engineering challenges.
Key Responsibilities as Data Scientist jobs:
- Investigate, learn, analyze, design, research, prototype, and implement/deploy IT system capabilities and features using the latest technology.

- Research and apply machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and data science techniques.
- Collaborate effectively within geographically dispersed teams and partners.
- Assemble, share, and apply key learnings across multiple projects.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Science (IS), Electronics, or related engineering and analytics discipline.
- Strong interest in machine learning, NLP, deep learning, computer vision, data science, or related fields.
- Research experience and a record of publications/presentations at top-tier conferences/events.
- Excellent reasoning, critical thinking, and analytical ability.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work well independently and within diverse teams.
