🚀 Key Responsibilities: As a Digital & AI Intern at Genesys, you will:
- Work on the company’s next-generation AI platform and enhance current AI products.
- Contribute to the improvement of Cloud Services through analysis, exploration, and optimization.
- Participate in algorithmic development and optimization in areas like text analytics, NLP, data mining, and data collection.
- Assist in developing and prototyping technologies for analytics from call center interactions.
- Actively engage in designing experiments to measure system performance.
✨ Requirements:
- Final year of your BTech, MS, or PhD programs.
- Proficiency in Python/Java programming and/or front-end frameworks.
- Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Good understanding of theoretical concepts in NLP, Machine Learning, Statistics, and related areas.
- Working knowledge of using public domain deep learning toolkits such as HuggingFace, PyTorch, Tensor Flow, Transformers, etc.
- Prior experience in the complete life cycle of data collection projects.
