What You’ll Do

As a Packaged App Development Associate, your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, building, testing, assembling, supporting, and configuring applications based on business requirements.
• Understanding the business drivers that impact performance and delivering software that meets those expectations.
• Incorporating technology trends into solutions and participating in the development of automation solutions.
• Resolving incidents and providing support to customers through voice interaction, email, chat, or remote support.

What We Need

We would love you to have the following:

• Ability to anticipate and resolve business issues with agility.
• Multi-disciplinary and versatile with the aptitude to learn and apply new skills quickly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in verbal and communication skills.
• Dedication to delivering code to meet time and quality expectations and participating in peer reviews.
• Taking ownership of the successful implementation of the solution.
• Flexibility to relocate for project deployment to any part of India and work in 24×7 shifts as per business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications and skills would be a plus:

• Basic understanding of ABAP Development on HANA, CDS, AMDP, Performance Analysis.
• Experience or knowledge in configuration and customization of Salesforce.com applications.
• Good working knowledge in J2EE and full-stack development.
• Knowledge and development experience of .NET (ASP.NET/ASP.NET MVC).
• Test automation engineering, including creating test designs, test processes, test cases, and test data.
• Applying business and functional knowledge, testing standards, guidelines, and methodology to meet the team’s overall test objectives.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Graduates from all streams/branches of B.E., B.Tech, M.E., M.Tech, MCA, and M.Sc. (CSE, IT only) from the 2022 & 2023 year of passouts with full-time education only (Part-time and distance educations are not considered).
• No active backlogs during application and/or onboarding.
• Completed your relevant degree within the stipulated duration.
• Not appeared for Accenture Recruitment assessment/interview process in the last three months.
• No more than 11 months of experience.
• Eligible to work in India either by citizenship or with relevant work permit documents.
• Willing to work in any Business Unit/Service line within the company and relocate to any Accenture office across India.
