We are currently looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Software Engineer. In this role, you will:

• Execute tasks related to Design and Development (CTB) and Production Processing Support (RTB).
• Contribute to end-to-end project delivery, including software development, testing, and Production Deployment using Change Management Principles.
• Ensure that all data and process management aspects are meticulously considered throughout the development cycle, covering Change and Execution Backout, Housekeeping, Data Retention, Disposal, and Archival configuration.
• Create a robust technical design and development strategy for new components, guaranteeing top-quality code and data through automated processes.
• Be responsible for automating the continuous integration and continuous delivery pipeline within a DevOps Product/Service team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Also, be well-versed in various code scanning tools and processes, findings, and providing effective remediation solutions.
• Assure service resilience, service sustainability, and meet recovery time objectives for all software solutions delivered. Actively engage in and lead mandatory exercises related to resilience, recovery, and service management.
• Manage Infrastructure and Environment for Health Monitoring, Patching, Compliance, and Vulnerabilities. The role may require working in shifts and providing On-Call support to the production system.

• Hands-on experience in Data Consumption, Processing, and Reporting Systems.
• Preferred Technology Skills: SQL, PL/SQL, Shell Scripting, Python, Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery.
• The ability to translate business-level requirements into system-level components or blocks and perform coding and testing accordingly, delivering a high-quality product to stakeholders (both internal and external).
• Proficiency in reviewing deliverables from other team members and providing constructive feedback to the team while effectively managing assignments.
• A solid understanding of CI/CD Pipelines, experience in Jenkins Pipeline Development and GitHub, Branching Strategy, Build Management, Code Management, etc.
• Strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders, including Business Users, Change Delivery, and Audit Representatives. The ability to collaborate with a diverse team is essential.
• Willingness to work in shifts and provide On-Call support for production activities, with a good understanding of incident management and the ability to lead the team during incident/crisis calls.
• The candidate will be expected to continually enhance their skills in various specialisms, including gaining business knowledge, vendor product understanding, Impact Assessments, Development, Code Scanning, and Deployments, along with operational/business support.
