Who We Are:
Saks Cloud Services (SCS) plays a pivotal role in the digital transformation of luxury fashion. As an Analyst, EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), you will be at the forefront, serving as the crucial link between vendors and SCS. Your primary responsibilities include ensuring seamless integration of vendors with EDI requirements, encompassing vendor onboarding, testing, monitoring, and validating all EDI transactions. This is pivotal to enable vendors to electronically ship and invoice. Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with vendors, the Distribution Center (DC), and our merchant community to address any EDI discrepancies.
Key Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of Object-Oriented Concepts
- Solid understanding of Relational Databases (Oracle preferred)
- Oracle PL/SQL knowledge is required; Python knowledge is a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strategic thinking with the ability to identify problems, develop practical solutions, and guide their implementation
- Interpersonal savvy: ability to work effectively with all levels of management, generating confidence and building trust
- Proven and quantifiable record of success in delivering results within a large, complex organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience
