Role Overview: Agile Data Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Agile Data Analysis:
- Apply data analytics methodologies within an Agile framework to track and report software development processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to gather and analyze data, creating comprehensive reports and visualizations.
- Jira Expertise:
- Customize Jira workflows and boards aligned with Agile development practices.
- Implement automation rules and advanced workflows, providing training to users on Jira reports and dashboards.
- Power BI Development:
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for visualizing key Agile metrics.
- Extract actionable insights from development data to enhance team performance.
- Data Integration:
- Integrate data from various tools and platforms into a cohesive dataset, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analytics within an Agile software development environment.
- Proficiency in Jira configuration, customization, and administration.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Proficient in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Solid SQL skills for data querying and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights.
