Job Description:
As a Content Moderator at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and quality of online content. This position is part of Accenture Operations, specifically in the Trust and Safety offering, where we partner with leading platform companies to accelerate, scale, and improve their businesses. Content Moderators are essential in maintaining the integrity of online platforms by analyzing and reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content. This role involves investigating, escalating, and resolving issues reported by users or flagged by the system.

Due to the nature of the role, Content Moderators may be exposed to flashing lights or contrasting light and dark patterns. This meaningful work contributes to keeping the internet safe but can be challenging at times, requiring individuals with strong resilience and coping skills. Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content
• Investigating, escalating, and resolving issues reported by users or flagged by the system
• Ensuring duties are performed objectively, devoid of biases or personal beliefs, in line with client policies
• Demonstrating strong attention to detail and the ability to synthesize information from multiple streams
• Applying critical thinking and decision-making skills in content moderation
• Utilizing basic internet research skills to interpret content
